As a certified relationship coach and family counselor with a Ph.D. in Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a Master’s Degree in Education with an emphasis on gifted individuals, I bring both academic expertise and real-world experience to my practice.
As a happily married wife of over 35 years, the mother of a daughter with special needs and a son with a gifted IQ, and a volunteer state advocate for abused and neglected children, I understand firsthand the complexity, resilience, and strength of family life. My background has given me not only the knowledge but also the empathy and sensitivity to help families come together and develop the coping skills needed to navigate life’s unexpected challenges.
My experience includes working with families, couples, and individuals on issues such as stress, infidelity, communication difficulties, conflict resolution, trust, emotional abuse, low self-esteem, parenting struggles, and the profound challenges that accompany dying, grief, and loss. I help individuals and families understand and cope with the fear and uncertainty that arise during times of change and healing—especially when facing the loss of a loved one. I also support families in advocating for their loved one’s comfort and wishes, helping them find peace, connection, and acceptance throughout the process. My goal is to help people experience love, dignity, and serenity—both in life and in the moments of letting go.
As a cancer survivor and working mother, I know what it takes to balance the demands of family, home, and career. I offer my clients a strong yet compassionate coaching style that provides structure, encouragement, and accountability. I’m the coach who will stand beside you every step of the way to help you achieve the relationship and peace you want and deserve.
I am deeply committed to helping you rebuild and strengthen your connection—because I believe your relationship *is* worth saving.*I am here for you whenever you are ready to get started.*
